Pastor
Jason Steffenhagen
“Be transformed by changing the way you think” (Romans 12.2). It’s my belief that God is always renewing, reconciling, recreating, restoring, and resurrecting all things. Whether through Biblical exploration, spiritual formation, or justice-infused reconciliation – Peace is a place to simultaneously be known and loved, while challenged to grow and serve. Let’s join God in the good news and the good work of being people of shalom – PEACE!

Welcome to Peace!
I’m proud to help support our varied ministry programs, the many groups which use our building, and the participants and staff of our faith community. If you have a question, I’ll help you find an answer.

Mark 9:37 | “Whoever welcomes one of these little children in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me does not welcome me but the one who sent me.”
I hope to create a space in which every person feels seen, welcomed, and included. Whether it is in Sunday school or in youth group it is so important to show the next generation the true love of God. My desire is that children and youth alike would encounter Christ’s love in ways that transform their hearts, affirm their identity as God’s beloved, and inspire them to live faithfully in the world. In doing so, we not only nurture their growth, but we also join in God’s work of building a community that reflects God’s kingdom.
