Faith has come to mean something much deeper and more generous than where he started.

Peace Community of Faith\u00a0is hosting this\u00a0special concert as part of its long-standing ministry in support of the GLBTQ community. Bobby Jo Valentine is an\u00a0acclaimed singer\/songwriter and strong voice for the GLBTQ community and other justice-oriented non-profit groups. As part of our supportive ministry, Peace Community of Faith is providing concert sponsorship funds so that the concert can be a free event with a free-will offering taken at the concert to benefit\u00a0OutFront Minnesota<\/a>.\u00a0

The theme will be \u201cLouise Erdrich: A Native American Woman\u2019s Perspective on Life and Liberty.\u201d Cost is $250 for a private room and meals from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch, and ARC Retreat Center near Cambridge, MN will host us. Besides discussion and camaraderie, the schedule includes morning stretch, craft and free time, home-cooked meals, and Sunday worship.\u00a0Evening movies and s\u2019mores at the fire ring are likely, too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
