January \u2013 February Worship Series<\/strong>
Reflecting Love\u2019s Light<\/strong>
This Coming Sunday: Reflecting Prophetic Love<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We can see Jesus as a reflection of God as the Spirit of Life. Love\u2019s light is essential for life. During January and February at Peace our worships will explore how we and Jesus reflect the love-light of God. This love-light is present in Jesus\u2019 forgiveness, acceptance, teaching, and compassion. Remaining open to this love-light is a life-long journey that can take many directions and has many intersections. We will go with Jesus into the Jordan River, attend a wedding, visit a synagogue, walk along the shore of the Sea of Galilee, teach on the plain, and look into the brightness of love-light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During this week\u2019s worship experience, we will explore how a sense of justice informed all that Jesus said and did.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Love Beyond Borders:\u00a0<\/strong>
The Interfaith Movement to End the Pandemic<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The\u00a0Love Beyond Borders<\/em>\u00a0campaign aims to raise funds for the equitable distribution of COVID-19 vaccines around the world. The initiative has emerged from First United Methodist Church, Boise, ID and seeks to engage The United Methodist Church in supporting COVAX alongside UNICEF, the key vaccine delivery partner.

All funds raised will be sent to UNICEF for this project.
