Possibly there is another way to think of Jesus as\u00a0Savior<\/strong>. Diana Butler Bass says, \u201cSalvation is not really about heaven; it is not an escape. It is about living beyond fear, knowing that death comes for each of us, often in mundane, quiet ways.\u201d Jesus can be a\u00a0Savior<\/strong>\u00a0not because of a promises that we will have life after death, but because of a promise that death need not have any more power in our lives.
