Peace Musical Meditations – January 8, 2021 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have a friend who had a heart attack in his mid-40’s. This dramatic event led to significant heart surgery at the time. But my friend is now a healthy person in his late 70’s because he subsequently took up the challenge of changing his daily diet and initiating daily walking exercise. In like manner, while the Chaos at the Capital this week should call for dramatic responses as regards consequences for the actors and instigators of this event, the long-term health of our national and local communities will require much of all of us as we either seek new, health-inducing kinds of community interactions or recommit ourselves to the ongoing work of this nature in our lives. By the way – I very highly recommend this study\/reflection material, called\u00a0Reading Between the Lines<\/em>. I have lost track, but probably have used it for at least the last 15 years.
