The Ministry Team of Peace is very thankful for the people of Peace Community of Faith and we wish you a grace-filled joy this Christmas and a transforming 2021.

Where is the child who has been born king of the Jews? For we observed his star at its rising, and have come to pay him homage.<\/em> ~Matthew 2:2<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The beginning of the good news of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.
As it is written in the prophet Isaiah,
\u201cSee, I am sending my messenger ahead of you,
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 who will prepare your way;
the voice of one crying out in the wilderness:
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2018Prepare the way of the Lord,
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 make his paths straight.\u2019\u201d<\/em>
~Mark 1:1-3<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host, praising God and saying,
\u201cGlory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace.\u201d<\/em> ~Luke 2:13-14a

The Word became flesh and lived among us, and we have seen his glory, the glory as of a God\u2019s Beloved, full of grace and truth.<\/em> ~John 1:15

The Work of Christmas<\/strong>

When the song of the angels is stilled,
When the star in the sky is gone,
When the kings and princes are home,
When the shepherds are back with their flock,
The work of Christmas begins:
To find the lost,
To heal the broken,
To feed the hungry,
To release the prisoner,
To rebuild the nations,
To bring peace among others,
