Sunday Preview (January 15, 2023)
HOW WE GROW | Last week we were ‘building our container’ – reflecting on the foundation of faith we were handed. This Sunday, we will ask – What happens when that foundation is called into question? What if that foundation isn’t as firm as I once thought it was? What if that foundation is great, but I just have some questions and I’ve been told I shouldn’t doubt?
Spiritual Formation is the process by which our faith and our concept of the divine and how we make meaning of the world and our life evolves, atrophies, stagnates, and/ or grows over time. And some disequilibrium and wrestling and doubting and disorder are part of that process.

Peace Prayers is a space to share specific prayer requests and specific celebrations of gratitude. These are not going to be private…these are public. Our plan is to put them in the bulletin and/ or on a slide in The Commons, and include them in the Tuesday News weekly email.
We invite you to share with one another so we can be a praying people – both in times of hurt and struggle, and in times of joy and celebration.

Thank you to all those who brought supplies and helped pack the Winter Supply Gift Bags for the Good Neighbor Center. We were able to put together 50! gift bags and even had some extra supplies for those who need it most.
A special ‘thank you’ to Pam Jacobson for taking the lead on this project and helping make sure we had what we needed and that the bags got delivered.
