Reconciling Ministries Network
The Reconciling Ministries Network is an organization seeking the inclusion of people of all sexual orientations and gender identities in both the policy and practices of United Methodist Church. It is one of many Welcoming Congregation organizations to emerge in American Christianity in the 1980s.
Minnesota Hopeful EarthKeepers
Minnesota Hopeful EarthKeepers are building a movement and a network of Minnesota United Methodists equipped to respond to ecological degradation, extinction of species, climate change, and environmental racism with ministries of love, healing, transformation, and regeneration.
Isaiah
Isaiah is a multi-racial, state-wide, nonpartisan coalition of faith communities, Black barbershops, childcare centers, and other community based constituencies fighting for racial and economic justice in Minnesota.
Joint Religious Legislative Coalition (JRLC)
Guided by God’s vision of the common good as reflected in Jewish, Christian, and Islamic traditions, the JRLC mobilizes religious communities to influence public policy in Minnesota.
Good Neighbor Center
Good Neighbor Center is a non-profit tutoring and mentoring program dedicated to the proposition that knowledge is power. We work to empower young people through education and mentoring to prepare them for success in life.
Good Neighbor Meal
Good Neighbor Meal is a free community meal that that is held every Saturday morning at the Good Neighbor Center. A member of Peace, Pam Jacobson, is coordinating all the meals and Peace has committed to doing twelve meals on second and last Saturdays throughout the year. Are you interested in coordinating the Good Neighbor Meal volunteers from Peace?
