Sunday Preview (January 8, 2023)
HOW WE GROW | As we head into the new year, let’s talk about how we grow spiritually. As humans, we grow in all sorts of ways – physically, emotionally, cognitively, behaviorally, relationally – and we make all kinds of efforts to do so. Just look at the number of book titles for how to fix a relationship, how to manage your emotions, and how to live a healthy life. But we sometimes see our spiritual lives as fixed or completed, and not in process. By understanding the process of faith development, we can proactively make efforts to grow spiritually.
Romans 12.2 – Be transformed by changing the way you think.
THANK YOU!
Thank you to all those who brought supplies and helped pack the Winter Supply Gift Bags for the Good Neighbor Center. We were able to put together 50! gift bags and even had some extra supplies for those who need it most.
A special ‘thank you’ to Pam Jacobson for taking the lead on this project and helping make sure we had what we needed and that the bags got delivered.
